Hi, I'm Itu. I am a teacher by profession and creator of Letting Them Learn. Two of the hardest things I have undertaken in my life are becoming a teacher and parent. If you play any of these roles in your life, I am here to make things a little easier for you.

I am a mom to a creative and thoughtful daughter, as well as a joyful and energetic son. When I am not with my class or children, I am most probably in a cozy chair lost in a book. I dream of travelling the world.

Letting Them Learn is an extension of my life in the classroom. I research and develop learning resources for my students regularly and I now get to share my work with a bigger circle of fellow teachers and parents.
